Who ever writes the checks for the fire money you need to fire them. My mothers Estate has written 3 rounds of checks to her dependents. All three times they have messed it up. You guys need to do better.

They're extremely helpful and kind. They never make me feel small or any type of way I was expecting to feel talking to lawyers. They're very understanding of my situation and provide resources and guidance with things pertaining to my situation that isn't their responsibility at all. They also promptly respond to any phone calls or emails I've ever made. I'm grateful I chose them, especially considering I was flying blind.

What a terrible service from Sarah! I would recommend as a business owner in town, that someone should teach her customer service. I’m really wishing I would have done more research before working with this company! Especially considering that this situation is emotional and something many of us have been dealing with since 2018! I’m sure she has no idea, how it is to loose everything and be at almost 5 years later with NO INFORMATION! She as she is extremely rude, shows no compassion and speaks as if she is so much smarter and better than you. This is terrible service! Honestly can’t believe we’ll be paying for this service!

Uncooperative, rude, incompetence, mishandling of documentation and so much more . Refused to tell me who their malpractice insurance company is, then hung up on me. Reporting them to the California State Bar Association . Worst experience ever.

Matthew S. Luzaich is genuinely a stand up guy. I called him for a second opinion on my MIP/False Identity charges and he gave it to me straight. Talked on the phone for fifteen minutes and was very helpful. We all know a lawyers time is valued high financially and I appreciated every minute he gave up just to help me out. If I had to hire an attorney, it would definitely b him. Thanks again man.

Unprofessional! Rude! Senior and hard of hearing..... they keep saying I am yelling! They don't have answers to what I thought was reasonable question. Such as.... why was I paying 30 percent of my settlement only to talk to paralegals! Went down hill from there. At one point basically asked if I could read! Yes I replied... I have read everything sent. I was contacted today by rude Paralegal. Once again no answers. Told me once again how many fire victims they were dealing with. Once again had today remind them this is NOT class action case and I hired frim as a individual. I can't in good conscience recommend.

Matthew was thorough and willing to answer all of our questions. He called us all the time to update us on the case. We really appreciate the hard work he put in and we would recommend him for anyone facing charges.
