While Ms. Douglas has a very engaging and gregarious personality, but that doesn’t help me in my court case. She is not concerned with following up on her cases, meeting deadlines, or reading information about your case sent via email. I’ve been trying to file since Jan 2018, and while we did have to "age the case" slightly, she did little to nothing to make sure paperwork was filled out on time, or correctly, and I feel the answers she’s given me to every question I’ve asked her has just been to placate me until she gets around to getting something done. If I was able to do this over again, I would definitely not use her services. Everything will be left to her paralegal, Flatrock Legal Services. She will meet with you the first time, then pass you on down the line.
