Completely unprofessional firm that has no clue what it’s doing. Their assistants make decisions and give out completely false information. They send out mandatory questionnaires to fill in your requests and then have a meeting that asks exactly the same questions. I was helping my elderly aunt with estate planning and she specifically told them she wants me involved. They wouldn’t honor her verbal request and speak with me or even cc me on emails. She then was told it had to be in writing so she completed that online. Even after that the assistant (Rachel) told me my Aunt needed to be alone and i could not be on the next call. Too bad they took my aunts money already. FIND ANOTHER FIRM!.... response to their reply.. once you do the paperwork requested i will be a de facto client since i will have a durable POA for my Aunt as she desired and expressed. Assuming you get the paperwork correct.

They did a wonderful Job, on my Probate with the House, I was so worried about it, and they gave me the Best News in regards to my Property, I Thank God that my Wife left a Living Will, for those of you people that don't have One get One Done.
