We reached out to Luke to help with representation for a rental restriction case we would like to file and and a civil case. He expressed interest in this but told us he was busy with a criminal case and he would help us soon when he got caught up with it. It has been almost 3 months now and with the exception of a few emails with excuses he still has not looked into our cases. If he did not express interest, or told us he could not handle our cases I would not of lost the last several months waiting on him or the time to write this review. I do not recommend using him as he seems like a one man firm who is overwhelmed to handle his existing case load and practices multiple levels of law which is also concerning to his expertise in specific areas of law.
