Some of the most miserable collection agents ever encountered! The customer is already calling in a state of frustration for obvious reasons so a part of your job!!! I've made several calls and each representative has been not only rude, but I've been hung up on, told I couldn't be heard after providing validation information at this point it's not about the collection, more than why are these people not losing their jobs over essential workers! Just heads up best to get all your questions answered on the initial call. This place obviously doesn't do it for those that work here. Still a form of customer service, no way these calls are being recorded.

I finally got my letters that were sent to my previous location about them wanting payment. My credit card was stolen years ago, and I reported it to capital one, and apparently the memo wasn’t clear to them. I went online and set up a payment plan with Javitch. I owe it, it is what it is. I just want it done and over with.

Disgusting place, wages still keep getting garnished way after the balance they are in no hurry to send the stop letter to the courts the would rather you just keep struggling, the "email" they have to be contacted you won’t get an answer

I’ll just say don’t let the reviews on here scare you from calling them. If you owe debt take the responsibility and admit you owe what you owe and offer them a settlement and I promise they will get back to you. They did agree with my settlement offer, however not the one I initially proposed. However I am not being sued any longer nor did I have to appear in court. Don’t let fear or lack of responsibility be the reason you end up having your wages garnished to having to file for bankruptcy. If you signed a loan contract you are liable but my experience is they were not as bad as I thought they would be. I will add that for the people complaining about customer service reps, we are NOT their customers. Their clients are their customers. Their reps are not there to work for us. They are there to collect debts from us. I hope this helps.

Terrible company, very dishonest and not willing to honor the clients wishes. Call them numerous times just for them to hang up on me every time I stated what was true. Don't settle with them, try to help them before my client files a lawsuit on them

Unwilling to negotiate payments. Single mom here receiving no financial help, $142 a month is ridiculous. That's an utility bill or a portion of grocery money. They don't care if they make your life harder than what it already is. It sucks when you're already having a hard time and barely scraping by, I offered $100 a month and that wasn't good enough.

is this even a real company? They have been sending me mail for at least 6 years about a debt I do not even recognize. I send them certified mail....no response. I have called many times....no one answers. I have filed a complaint with the state Attorney General's office, I guess I may have to do it again.
