Emmett Robinson took over a case for me at the 11th hour that my prior attorney had mishandled; including missing deadlines required by the court. The suit was in jeopardy of being dismissed or found in favor of the defendant and the judge by this time was not sympathetic to my complaint. Emmett turned that around immediately once he took over. By actively and empathetically listening to me and by aggressively and energetically engaging opposing counsel and the court he won a quarter-million dollar judgement in my favor.
