Ok so I’m a believer in second chances had to add a star back once I figured you do have to have patience with this office and no last minute stuff and if you have questions an email is fine just give it some time response is slow but do double check everything. I deducted one star for every thing the paralegal did wrong that cost me money. I have no idea why she is still employed at this law firm. She is incredibly unprofessional to the point of being outright rude and incompetent. I would not recommend this firm to anyone no matter how wonderful the lawyer may be.
