Mark is the second attorney to handle my divorce and custody proceedings. I had to fire the first lawyer because my case deteriorated from being a matter of my former spouse and I settling on home sale profit distribution to nearly losing everything a guy can lose in a divorce. However, since retaining Mark Hogan, my case is back on track, and I no longer feel like my ex-wife's attorney is bullying me. Mark's professionalism and hard work, which have been instrumental in achieving balance in this case, and are a testament to his dedication and competence. This experience has taught me the importance of experienced representation in family law, and Mark has been worth every penny.

This review is, specifically, regarding attorney Daniel White, currently practicing within Cordell & Cordell. Let ourselves face itself, divorce is an ugly-business, and divorce is expensive, which, naturally, includes all the attorneys thusly practicing. This being said, myself has felt all-along Mr. White, consistently and fairly, did his best at minimizing my billable-hours. Do not misunderstand... should work upon my behalf have been performed, myself was billed, however, all the work performed seemed necessary and relevant, from my own perspective. Beyond this, Daniel White managed to negotiate my divorce-settlement terms within ranges myself is able to afford and still possess some semblance regarding a life. Nothing is rosy during, or following, divorce, however, things could have been, and be, much worse, especially without a dedicated, competent-attorney such as Mr. White working upon my behalf.

After 50plus years of marriage, divorce is horrible. However, I am fortunate to have Cassie Screngi of Cordell & Cordell as my attorney. Her experience and professionalism is unsurpassed as she helps me hurtle through my case.

I recently had to contact an attorney to deal with a separation agreement/divorce as well as child support issues. I used the services of Melinda Kaufman at Cordell & Cordell in Columbus, Ohio. Melinda was awesome. She was always on top of things and kept me informed of the progress of my case at every step. I received copies of each correspondence with opposing counsel, every court entry, as well as summary letters/emails of what she was doing. She was calm and patient when answering my questions, and very responsive. She had promised to respond to any message or email from me within 24 hours, but I don’t think it was ever more than a few hours before she got back with me. She explained things to me simply but thoroughly. She is experienced and extremely knowledgeable of the court system. Indeed, during our initial consultation, she predicted almost exactly what would happen with my case over the coming months… and she was correct. And when this matter was finally completed (to my benefit), I told her how pleased I was from both a customer service point of view as well as a legal counselor point of view. I hope I don’t need to contact an attorney again, but if I do; I will be calling Melinda.
