I had a case with them regarding an accident I had in October of 2025. I tried to communicate in Spanish, and at first everything went well, but then the secretary went on vacation, and no one was in contact with me. The documents I sent got lost, they weren’t aware of my case, and I had to keep insisting and calling. Later on, they told me that I had no coverage, which was untrue. They weren’t very clear about what they were doing, and I ended up having to cancel with them and get a better lawyer. Honestly, I do not recommend them at all.
