I honestly can't say if he's a good lawyer or not. In 2 months it took him 30 days to make an initial counter filing, he said 6 weeks in we had a court date but couldn't give it to us. When we followed up after 16 days of no communication (he does have a paralegal) he fired us because I said we needed to have a conversation about communication and that we had concerns because he was telling us things that weren't actually factual. Took 22 days to recieve our client file and after 24 other lawyer consults we were told "you can try but at this point the other party has done everything so you have no control" So the only Heir has no control in probate because a lawyer took 33 days for an inital filing is what you'll get with Beau Wilcox.
