Doesn’t call back current clients. Frank needs to be replaced by a competent and younger individual with the ability to make 30 second phone calls. Been a client for over a decade so this is unacceptable

Be careful of getting involved with this group. I've called multiple times to talk with them over the past month. The answering service always assures me that they will get back to me, and my call will be marked as urgent, since I've called multiple times and I'm a current client. They don't call back. Also be careful about signing up for estate planning - this is where they excel in shady ideas for your future - their commissions. If I could give them a negative star it would be -5. Be very cautious!

Frank Dudeck is an excellent Elder Law attorney. He took care of my mother's estate and is now taking care of my needs. Honest, and trustworthy. Has never steered me wrong. Highly recommend him to anyone needing counsel about how to protect their assets from being sucked up by the government or other entities.

This law firm was absolutely no help at all. We gave them a large amount of money & in return got nothing. Quite frankly I could've done every bit of what they did & it wouldn't have cost mother a dime. Perhaps if there is a large sum of money to deal with they are more efficient. The attorneys were nice.

Hired Frank Dedeck to set up land trust for my mom. I assumed everything was done Correctly and even asked Frank Dedeck on several occasions. He assured me there were no problems , Well.... her children were " not mentioned in her will" . It was never brought up at Lawyers office about children except two were mentioned in trust . The failed to get all land in trust and when asked how that happened. They HAD no answer but sorry. Filed paperwork with incorrect information. These mistakes cost me not them a lot of money, because of course they didn’t even offer a refund. Would not recommend this firm to anybody. They take your money and then they are finished with you.

They don't call back and I'm from out of state! I called them back and was told you have to come into our office. My dad lives in Conway and is a Vietnam vet and this is how they treat people who fought for our country? Well that is not what I was told before. I was told they can come to you. I guess with gas prices going up they don't want to travel. Thanks for nothing and now I know why you can't keep employees.
