Drop charges against my wife Patsy c Garcia for elderly abuse!

My husband has been trying to get ahold of someone in office behind his brother using his name with in a traffic stop a ticket was issued and we’ve been multiple times to this office and get told that my husband needs to do the work to prove it wasn’t him. Instead of just pulling in the officer at the scene or running some camera footage nothing has been done. Very un professional as a prosecutor to tell someone that.

The secretary who took my call was extremely rude to me and and was not a bit helpful. Also I called back and left a voicemail for the magistrate and still haven't received a call back. 9/4/19Ok fast forward 3 weeks later. Still no call back from the magistrate and when I called I got the same lady "Sally". She was a tad more polite this time but just keeps telling me the cases I'm inquiring about are still pending and could be pending for up to 2 years. What's the deal? Why are we as tax payers footing the cost to house inmates for up to 2 years on misdemeanor charges??? INSANE!!

I am a victim of fraud, along with many other victims concerning this defendant. I filed charges May 9, 2022, and come to find out, the charges were dropped. For several months, I have reached out for an explanation of these charges being dropped, and no one will give me the time of day. I have emailed DA Mark A. Gonzalez, several times, nothing, I have called Corrin Remy, no explanation. She has informed me, messages were left for the prosicutor (Callafaltato), probably not spelled correctly, to give me a call, nothing. Now, when I call the DA office, the receptionists cannot find the case. This office appears to be very unorganized to say the least!

It is IMPOSSIBLE to get anyone at this office to respond to you, return calls, or answer emails. I am very disappointed with the dealings I’ve had with this office. It’s like they are on vacation every day. POOR IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT.

If I could give a negative review I would. The DAs office should be prosecuting these mothers who do not follow the law when it comes to custody agreements. It is a felony and should be held as on when parental alienation is being used. They should also prosecute these women for all the false allegations they use in court to get what they want. Family court should be 50/50 unless there is verifiable evidence of the other parent not being fit. They should also really look into these mothers who ask for back pay of childsupport majority of these women either did not have their own children in possession for months to years or they are being vindictive with their ex.

I still have not received a call back. I left a message 5 days ago. I'm not happy with how the District Attorney handles important concerns dealing with domestic violence.
