My experience with Mr. Thau as legal representation for divorce was a horrible experience. When asked questions to gain understanding he will be disrespectful. In my process he submitted a standard order that I told him I didn’t want submit then denied he did so. He proceeded to remove his self from counsel and gave me refund after. To be treated by a prior member of the U.S Navy in this way is disheartening and I am severely disappointed. Do yourself a favor and stay clear. No one should be treated in such a matter. Reading some of these reviews about Mr.Thau is wrong to me. Yawl must not be the Client who is patient and not a person who has faith. Let me tell you all something about one of the best Lawyers I was Blessed with. Mr.Thau was my attorney back in 2015. I was so close to having a warrant issued out for me in just less than a day for a misdemeanor charge. We spoke over the phone a hour and some before courthouse closed. He told me he would head to courthouse to get warrant cleared before issued. So wile he did that I drove to his office to pay my fee. I wasn’t worried about the money because I had faith in him and knew i wouldn’t regret hiring him.He got the warrant cleared that same day before issued and told me I had a court date. I completely forgot about court. I was afraid now I had a warrant. I called Mr. Thau and told him I missed court. He told me "dont worry about it i showed up without you and got charge dismissed!" I told him Godbless your soul! I was relieved. Awesome Lawyer he is. He is not only a lawyer who believes in justice but takes action like the Bulldog he is.
