I have been working with them for 4 years and things were going great however once we agree to pay off pur timeshare we have not heard from them it has been a year since our last email from them We have left many many messages and nothing Now the phone number listed says its not correct Dont know what else to do at this time We paid our debt we just want the letter indicating we are done with the timeshare inferno

I’ve called and left voicemails, emails and come to find out the person they have outsourced work to isn’t being paid… so now I can’t get answers to close my case that’s been going on for over 4 years. They have completely ghosted us after taking our money and ruining my credit and brothers credit.do NOT use. 🙁 sad this all even occurred.

Been about 3 years since I started the time share exit and 2 years since I last heard from Molfetta. Still waiting to figure the status. Moneys paid. Tried calling two different numbers, end up at the call center, and same message we’ll call you back in 7 business days. Never comment on companies but it’s been a bad enough experience with a good amount of money invested to not make my complaints with the company public.

I had a timeshare with Vacation Village and I really needed to get out of it, this was an extra expense that I no longer could afford. I tried to contact the resort but they wouldn’t work with me because of the contract I committed to when I originally signed up. They were able to get me out of my timeshare contract in a relatively short matter of months and I am now free of the timeshare nightmare. If you need assistance with a timeshare (specifically getting out of a predatory situation you might have been put in), Molfetta Law is a legit resource! Not one of those pay us and we'll see if we can sell it places. They heard our case, asked us to provide any information we could to help them, then got to work. Rigo helped my wife and I after the resort refused to take any responsibility for the false statements they claimed (didn't know timeshare resorts were allowed to lie outright to customers). We tried to settle with the resort and were told "even if you get a lawyer, I'm still the guy they have to deal with and it won't change anything." Rigo not only got us out of it, but we paid a fraction of what the resort was demanding. If you're stuck in a timeshare, do yourself a favor and reach out to Molfetta Law. It take a long time (took us about a year), but it was worth it!

I hired Molfetta Law to get me out of my timeshare with Bluegreen. Ryan Porco was my account manager, he kept me informed every step of the way until I received documentation from the resort stating I no longer had any contractual obligations. I will say it did take longer than I expected (about 5 months) but after some research it appears this is pretty normal in this industry. I am so happy to finally have this nightmare behind me.
