My transaction was a simple one. Basically slightly update a will and adding a provision Unfortunately it became complicated at the start. Despite requesting hard copies of documents a portal was used. I had several point of contact people. My calls were not returned. I was forced to communicate electronically. I felt as us I was an inconvenience rather than a client My instructions for signing the will reflected a lack of confidence in my ability to come on time for a simple signing. I was told I could only come 15 minutes early and was " required " to view a film. I used this firm because it is women owned. I found this simple procedure was complicated by poor communication. I felt talked down to. I did not feel comfortable asking questions as I was forced to do everything electronically The entire procedure was impersonal and made complicated by poor communication. I did not feel like a client but an inexperienced inconvenience.

Burch Law has been a great source of information in getting our estate planning complete! Every staff member has been so patient and responsive and the whole process was just seamless (even though I was the one delaying the process).
