Just called & rep who answered the phone was not friendly at all & seemed like she was irritated, keep in mind I was calling from a medical office. if it were to be someone who just got in a accident & that’s the first thing they hear that would be awful. You guys need to hire reps who are more friendly & not ones who have an I don’t care attitude.

This man is NOT a good lawyer and the WORST Communcator that I've ever hired. I approached him 3yrs ago to assist my son in a road rage case andmy son was rail loaded. This man didn't answer texts or calls, btw don't even try to leave a voicemail because the box is always full.

I usually don’t leave bad reviews but in this case I felt the need because the way this firm handles it clients and cases should be examined! This firm is about the money not the clients and I do not recommend them for anything!

As a client, it is extremely difficult and frustrating trying to get ahold of the case manager assigned to my case. Her direct number never works (hangs up immediately). She is slow to provide updates or return calls and messages. My case has been going on for over a year now and there is still no estimated time of closure even after release of claims have been signed. If you want to feel supported, choose otherwise.

Worst law firm ever and worst communication ever…they started off showing concern and understanding but overtime they eventually let me case timeout without even communicating with me….I would tell anyone GO THE OTHER WAY!
