Said they couldn't help yet I was injured pretty bad and it will interfere with the longer of my life. Sad when "it's not enough for them." Just my opinion. They are interested in your case if you are "physically" injured, and won't help you if you have been "mentally" injured (or, not hurt that badly). Case in point, I brought them a situation that involved a mentally ill inmate who had been abused and also had his privacy and reputation "injured" by a Jail HIPAA violation. "Sorry, we're looking for situations with broken bones and limbs" the representative told me. Don't be fooled by "Ambulance chasers", masquerading as decent people "who care" (they don't). They are strictly in it for the MONEY, and do not care one lick about JUSTICE. When I asked for a referral to a lawyer who would do this work, they referred me to call the "Illinois Bar Association". Very disappointing.
