Mr. Latinsky has represented myself, family, and friends of mine for as long as I can remember and has always found a way to make the legal problems go away or be reduced significantly. As a young attorney myself, I consider him a mentor and a constantly reliable resource when trying to find solutions to my own problems inside and out of the courtroom.

Worst and most uncomfortable attorney I have ever spoken with. Mr. Latimski gave no insight on what to expect or how things should progress, when he is needed or any strategy to approach my situation. He was so ambivalent I had to asked him an innocent question; was he was familiar with Sunshine safety counsel. His response was "are you familiar with the earth, do you know what the sky is?". He even discussed going home and kissing his wife. It was simply the worst conversation, most uncomfortable situation I think I’ve ever had. The sad thing is. I was willing to write him a check for $6k right then. Thank god his unprofessionalism kept me from doing so. How does he even have a practice, he won’t listen to his prospective clients and is incredibly demeaning. I would NEVER recommend this attorney to anyone, even if you is good, it would be a horrible experience because of who he is.
