Every time I call they say he’s busy or not in the office. The lady that answers the phone she don’t have any answers and keep asking for the name and phone number acting like they will call us back but never hear from them. Any updates in my case they don’t tell me about. I am the one who looks, follow, and tell them the updates. I don’t recommend this office for any immigrants cases. They made me feel like I’m asking them for a fever and not paying them to work in my case.
