5 years ago 1 star (horrible customer service) at best. 2025 easily 5 stars. They replied by emails and or phone, the follow up and confirm appointments. Lawyers emailed a detailed draft for me to review and answered all of my questions. I was on the end of a family member going to a different attorney and they basically took her money and made a will where I had to hire a lawyer to get everything done. I refused to have me family go through this with me. Solkoff attorneys made a great will where all my family members have to do is show death certificate and id. Everything is written in the will. I was referred to Scott Solkoff's office by a friend and had an exceptional experience working with his very, very capable professional staff. We were in a very difficult situation with my Mom who needed full time skilled nursing care and Kate, Brandon, and the rest of this amazing team helped us keep my Mom in the facility where she received the best care. Kate is incredibly organized, knowledgeable, and responsive and I am thrilled with the outcome. Brandon helped me understand the legal landscape and was also very responsive.
