Our experience with Daly & Black was exceptional. Jonathan Sar explained exactly what we would be facing in filing a complaint in federal court for a denied claim by our insurance company for roof damage. The case progressed exactly as Jonathan suggested it probably would. The insurance company did not take us seriously until the case was filed. Once filed, the settlement offer came, we were made whole, receiving what we would have gotten anyway if the claim had been approved. We didn't have to go to trial. Everyone at the firm was great, paralegals, staff, consultants they hired. Highly recommended!

I am very pleased to recommend Jonathan Sar with Daly & Black. After submitting an insurance claim for the work performed by our roofing contractor, we found the insurance carrier was unwilling to reimburse our contractor for legitimate and necessary expenses. We hired Jonathan to pursue our claim shortages. He did excellent work through the negotiation process, and subsequently by pursuing further negotiation with the carrier's legal counsel to secure additional funds. We are very pleased with the results.

Johnathan Sar I highly recommend Jonathan Sar with Daly & Black. He is extremely knowledgeable about insurance law and talented when negotiating with insurance companies. I went through two other attorneys that did little or nothing for me and were for the most part slow and unresponsive. They allowed the claim to drag out for over two years. Jonathan and his staff were prompt and responsive and just a delight to deal with. I had a settlement check not long after he went to work on my case. I can’t say enough good about them.

We had the unfortunate experience of a hail claim with our insurance company back in 2018. After all our adjusters work and estimates and the insurance companies own work and estimates we were not close in final claims cost. The insurance company refused to do an Appraisal to settle the differences. So, we were forced to either accept the Insurance company offer or hire a Legal team to litigate. After multiple interviews with different firms, we ended up signing with Daly and Black. This wasn't an easy case and the Insurance company used multiple Law firms and experts to try and drag this claim out and even made counter claims against us for maximum stress and pressure. I believe that Daly and Black did a good job with the case but one that ultimately didn't come to fruition. So, we had to ask that Daly and Black go and get a settlement to bring the litigation to a close. While we did not get what was anything close to what the actual claim was being fought for, nor even a very fair settlement number, but it was still a good job by Daly and Black to get the case settled in 2022. Daly and Black were very fair with the actual costs and fees for their services considering they didn't get the opportunity to get into the courthouse and get a full hearing and final judgement. We had good discussions and dealings with Richard Daly as well as our direct local Lawyers Jonathan Sar and Thomas Archer. They seemed to be very on top of all the litigation factors and the depositions throughout the case. They are good guys who were both knowledgeable and personable, both important factors when litigation drags out such a long time. I'm pretty sure I would not want to go through another hail claim fight like this one, but if I did, I would prefer to have the firm of Daly and Black and Jonathan Sar and Thomas Archer fighting for me and our properties.
