This was written before the outcome of the case to keep the integrity of my review with been, however, we got exactly what we hoped for. A dismissal! Ben is dependable, has a commanding presence in the courtroom, and extremely knowledgable. Some moments about Ben that stood out to me: 1. He said you hire lawyer of course for their knowledge and experience on a case. Although cases may not always go to plan lawyers have seen plenty of cases in their careers to give you a good judgement on the outcome. Trust what Ben says when he has an opinion on something. 2. After a hearing with Ben, we left the courtroom with multiple lawyers coming out telling me that I was in good hands and lots of other lawyers agree with his opinion on a law mentioned during a hearing. Even among professionals he seemed to be well known and knowledgable. 3. During that hearing it seemed as if the room went silent when he spoke. He just seems to have a strong presence that is respected and not to be messed with. You'll know what I mean when you meet him. If you're looking for the best, I highly recommend Ben. Thanks for helping me through a unjust prosecution of careless driving.
