I could not leave ZERO stars. Tyler is money hungry. He knew what I was scheduled for, heard my story then said "oh we don’t do that" I said then why did you have me scheduled. He stuttered. Them said it would be $100 for consultation. I said it’s only be 30 minutes. Then he said "well I will charge you $50". I’m embarrassed for you guy. That hard up. Any man with integrity would have said "I’m sorry we misunderstood your needs no worries on the consultation fee". Now I’m seeing the show he’s gotten himself into with Joy and Jesus. If I would e known you were hurting this bad I would’ve hooked you up with those other $50

Edit: the issue was eventually resolved, but there was a lot of back and forth talk regarding the prices we were originally quoted. This was a result of miscommunication from Mr. Kubinski’s "pregnant daughter in law" as he quoted, and he stated she was only covering that day because staff was out that day. It was an inconvenience to us that she took our payment but did not place our information in the correct folder for the legal paperwork to be started. Therefore, the paperwork that was needed in a timely manner was not completed on time. Nonetheless, the staff that helped us resolve the issues that day were in fact kind and respectful. My mother hired (and paid) Mr. Kubinsky on 08/30/2024 and have not heard back since then. We have attempted to call back but either received no answer, or a rude lady answered. Despite asking to speak with someone specific, she hung up the phone
