I can't say enough about Ian and what he did for me! He took on my case 3 days before Christmas and represented me extremely well. He saw through what I was charged with and realized what actually happened and fought for me in court to reach a settlement that I was extremely happy with. Ian was a huge help to me. I got a traffic ticket that would have put points on my driver’s license. Ian was great to work with. He understood how serious this was for me and genuinely listened to my concerns. He worked with the prosecutor and got the charges knocked down so that I didn't get points on my license, which saved me a ton of money on insurance. Highly recommended!

Attny Ian Crawford was A Court appointed Attny i got assigned to by A judge. He did not communicate with me. A domestic violence case in common pleas court Elyria.OH. He kept getting case continued and i told him i have A fear of courts ,some people have fear of heights etc. Mines mines court and he kept telling me its continued for 6 mo every mo so far. Hesaid its continued prosecutor dont have tome to discuss to discuss plea in your your case. .i called clerk of courts and asked them whats going on with my casme? They gav on with my case my attny wont tell me nothing? They gave me wevsite public records to look up my case so i did to find out he been saying my client waived her rite to a speedy yrial every mo ! I w.i never woul of said that or agreed to that in a million urs. So i fed A motion with the nudge to dismiss him dor misrepresenting me and get new coudt appointed attny . So it was vranted .so nee attny now and its still ongoing . No one was seeiohsly hurt myself ir other person i vilved. prosecutor offer me he said only 1 x the prosecutor don have time to discuss your case. Continued. Iihebe there for Now.

Doesn't complete his cases leaving his client to deal with unnecessary fall outs for jobs. Doesn't keep contact nor answer calls. Eventhough you no longer have a case in court ammended records aren't processed properly and your stuck chasing him to fix it so you can get a job or move on with your life.

Very unprofessional and disrespectful. Good luck getting ahold of him and good luck having your family or friends call him. As for my experience I went to jail with no clue what was going to happen to me. I called him while I was there, no answer. I had my family and close friends call him, no answer. He finally visited me and TOLD ME "tell your little friends and family to stop calling me. If I didn’t answer the first time I’m not going to answer any other calls." I felt like I was treated like a number not a person and I was always a polite and respectful lady to him. After what happened to me I wouldn’t want anyone else to go through that. He was representing myself. Ask or look for a different attorney. Talks down to you and belittles you. And will never contact you and when he does it's like he is being bothered
