My wife and I used Tittle & Perlmuter for a personal injury case after a distracted driver rear-ended our car - hard. The car repairs were significant, and we required extensive medical tests and physical therapy. The treating hospital refused to accept our medical insurance cards, referring to the auto accident cause. We soon began receiving invoices demanding immediate payment at inflated prices from many medical providers, including the ambulance company, hospital and medical staff. The insurance company for the driver causing the accident refused to pay these bills as they were incurred, pressuring us for a final settlement before we even understood the extend of our injuries or the time that would be required for healing. What a mess. I wanted the required medical treatment, all invoices paid and my credit rating intact. I didn't know how to get through this scenario. Fortunately, Allen Tittle knew exactly how to handle the medical providers (who invoiced at high prices no medical insurance company would ever pay) and the stubborn auto insurance company (who reused to pay any invoices without an early settlement). My family is grateful for all the hard work that Mr. Tittle did for us on this case. I'm sure it was a small value case for his firm, but you would never know it by the service we received. He contacted all medical providers and redirected all the invoices to his firm. This was a huge relief and gave my family the peace of mind needed while our bodies were healing. It felt good to have him on our side. He knows the law, communicates well and is a heck of a nice guy. He seems to genuinely care about his clients. He also has a great staff at the Elyria office. I was particularly impressed by Kendall Daniel, the Intake Specialist. She was kind and thoughtful and very thorough. She was a great contact person - always keeping me abreast of case developments. On those rare occasions when she did not already know the answer to my question, she consulted with Mr. Tittle and always called or emailed me soon after. She even delivered some urgent documents to my house! In summary, Allen Tittle and Kendall Daniel really came through for my family. They took a difficult and frustrating process and made it easier. And we even had some settlement money left over after all the bills were paid.
