Brian Cox was a thoroughly effective force in getting my unwanted tenants out of house. I had tried to do the eviction process on my own, which resulted in a loss for me plus about $3000 in their court costs and attorney fees. I knew I needed help and expertise in this field so I hired Brian Cox to represent me. My tenants are moving out now and I couldn't be happier. I would 100% recommend him for anyone struggling to get unwanted renters from their properties.

My business partner Alex contacted Brian for a simple transfer of title. We paid for an initial consultation, where Brian agreed to take on the task within the next week. Then radio silence. For two months. Despite half a sudden calls and emails asking for an update. Not even an acknowledgment of receipt. All calls are handled by an outside receptionist who can't answer any questions and sends you to voicemail. By the end, we told the "receptionist" what was going on, and she did not sound surprised. This must be a common occurrence. There's no excuse for this. They sent an email receipt for the consultation, so it's not like they lost our contact info. The massively delayed transfer has put us in a real bind. I'd appreciate, at the very least, an apology and a refund of the consultation fee. Highly unprofessional. Do not recommend.

I would never recommend Brian Cox and his office to anyone. He was so condescending. The staff was just as bad. I kept my calmness. Their word was even garbage. Was told a week and no more than 2 weeks to get a copy. It took almost 4 weeks later and they wouldn’t return my call. How can people live with themselves that treat people so disrespectful? KARMA. They didn’t deserve one star.

I just happened to stumble upon Brians web site and was shocked to see a 1.7 star review on google! I rertained Brians services several years back, about 15 or more years back. I dont normaly post reviews but feel it necessary after seeing other peoples reviews. Brian was an absolute bull dog for me and my family. Not only did he win our case, he had the landlords attorney ready to quit if he didn't settle out. Brian was professional, forthright and honest in all of my dealings with him. When ever I hear of issues regarding landlord/ tennant law, "Brian Cox" are my first words. I now own my home and hopefully will never need his services again but if I were to need a landlord/tennant attorney, Brian is the man to call, hands down.

He has excellent support staff and seems to easily understand what assistance is needed, communicates with ease, while providing information that is understandable.
