Dealing with Mr.Saydack was by far the best experience I have ever had with a court appointed defense attorney. I have had multiple experiences with Lane County's Justice System, from defending myself, and in dealings with family and friend's legal matters. Mr. Saydack was the most careful listener when it came to the matters at hand, had immense amounts of patience, even when I didn't understand something and court had to be recessed over something silly. He took the time to listen to Mt needs and what I expected, and gave the most effort at relaying what I had said, to the judge and the court I. A way that made a difference, when most court appointed attorneys in fhs past seemed unprepared or aloof, and hurried. Even when the prospect of my preferred outcome seemed unrealistic and out of reach, David didn't give up and gave his all in court, which in the end, worked out to give me the best possible sentence, which was 25% of the time that the DA had requested. I was assaulted by a cop and no one looked at the cops body cam. I called echart woseman and wiese then I was assaulted. I got three years probation because I couldn't breathe with pepper spray in my mouth. Either have a seizure or spit. I didn't see feel or see officer in back of car buckling me. Noone returns my calls. What is his email. How can I appeal if noone returns phone call.

I feel cheated having to leave 1 star for David Saydack. If you’re needing/wanting an attorney who will do anything for you, your loved one or your case think twice before hiring David and unfortunately if your given a public defender and David is your legal council FIRE HIM IMMEDIATELY and get a lawyer who will actually do something for you. My fiancé has been in Lane County jail for 2 months now. He’s trial was set to take place on December 5th. Now mind you NOT one time before his trial, pre-trial, any court date my fiancé had did this joke of a lawyer contact him ONE time. NOT ONE SINGLE TIME did he go and talk to my fiancé about his case, about what he was doing to HELP him, about hiring a private investigator to look into things he would even return my phone calls that I left with his front office assistant because he could never take my calls. So on 12/05 David walks into the courtroom doesn’t even stand next to my fiancé and the judge says that David needed MORE time on the case so his trial was pushed out another 2 1/2 months. For something he didn’t do. That is 4 1/2 months it’s going to take David to do his job! I’ve called him I can’t count how many times he refuses to call me back. STILL hasn’t went to talk to my fiancé. STILL hasn’t done anything to "represent" him. This man is a JOKE. All he’s doing is taking the STATES MONEY TO REPRESENT YOU AND THEN LEAVING YOU TO HANG DRY while he works on other cases that aren’t public defender cases. This man should be thrown from the legal system and I’m going to do everything I can to show what a corrupt, no good, lying, con artist piece of work this man is.
