Wekselblatt Mindy

Mindy is the best! I knew from the first meeting she would be exactly what I needed in representation for my divorce. She's a shark, a fellow New Yorker transplant and excellent in law representation. Don't look any further, she's the best in very difficult situations.

The previous gentleman is correct. Very poor representation. Bills you for every second, including her late night non-related conversations (sometimes irrelevant), but is extremely rude and disrespectful. I wasted, yes, wasted 36K on this lawyer who is past her time. She no longer genuinely cares about the truth, in my opinion. Find someone else.

Wekselblatt lied to me, her client. Wekselblatt yelled at me because she didn't agree with me, her client. Wekselblatt turned on me and failed to fight for me, her client. Shame on Wekselblatt. Some lawyers forget who's working for who. I was paying her. She was my employee but she favored the other side. After all the dust settled other attorneys told me Wekselblatt always favors women, regardless of who her client is.

No professionalism at all. When you retain a lawyer they are to talk and give you advise through your case. Not so with her. We got charged for things we did not approve or talk about. Spent our savings for what? She was very rude! It is time for her to retire. Very weak attorney. No ethics.

Mindy Wekselblatt is a committed, conscientious and thorough lawyer. She explained everything to me clearly, was fair and straightforward. I highly recommend her.

Top notch, kept me from having to go to court to maintain 50/50 custody of my children, worth every penny!
