Terrible service experience. Unprofessional and untimely. I did not receive an initial response to my application for a week, which was a voicemail, and then didn’t talk to anyone for another week after trying several times to contact them. The woman I spoke with was very unprofessional and hung up on me mid conversation. This is a very frustrating process and you can’t go to their office to speak to anyone, it’s all online and over the phone. I was lucky enough to be able to get help elsewhere. I can’t imagine someone who didn’t have access to as many resources trying to get help from this place. If this service is under-resourced it would be helpful to have transparency & communication up front to manage expectations. Like a heads up on the application or voicemail message when you call.

I would definitely say to NOT waste your time with this horrible business . They started my divorce no problem but CLOSED my case as soon as he was served papers ? Wait …. What ?! Yep you heard me . The only good thing they did was to get me a restraining order against my very abusive soon to be ex husband . I have never heard of a business just quitting on a customer before ? I did everything asked of me and more so why am I being punished ? People need to be aware of shady businesses and this is one of them .

Instructed me to call an intake phone number in which I did and the person who was to assist me did not speak English clearly.

They seem very pleasant, took a few days for them to answer me. No it's been another few days to see if I'm qualified for them to help me. So I guess we will see stay turned for follow up

If I had a choice not give a star for lowest rating I would. I wouldn't doubt the people who work there turn away potential clients because they are too lazy to help the Díne people. That's the only reason they're open. They re-evaluate their employees or replace them with real Done. All the people who gave good reviews were probably friends or relatives of the employees. Come on! One of the reasons we left the Rez for that reason, nepotism.

USELESS COMPANY SUPPOSED TO HELP LOW INCOME PEOPLE BUT ONLY IF YOU HAVE A FAMILY. THEY ARE BIAS IN WHO THEY WANT TO HELP.
