We could not recommend Kris and the entire Little Flower Adoptions team more highly. As former foster parents for over a decade, transitioning to adoption was a weighty decision for us. We were very careful to select an agency who approached potential birth mamas with the utmost respect, care, and empathy. We met with several large agencies in the area, but ultimately chose Little Flower Adoptions because of their exceptional communication, genuine kindness, deep empathy, and remarkable patience with both us and our unique circumstances. Within a few months, we were matched with an incredible birth mother, and brought our little treasure home! Kris has been a constant, steady presence every step of the way. She has consistently gone above and beyond to facilitate meaningful communication with our birth mother, who is currently unable to be physically present—an undertaking that requires extraordinary care, compassion, and dedication. Kris' empathy, professionalism, and attentiveness truly set her apart. At eight weeks old, our child developed complex medical needs and was admitted to hospital for over three months. Consistently throughout our stay, Kris regularly visited us, checked on us, and advocated fiercely on absolutely every front; with the hospital, medical staff, and insurance providers. For anyone who may question Little Flower Adoptions’ fee structure, we encourage you to compare it with other agencies in the DFW metroplex. You will quickly find that such concerns are unfounded; LFA’s fees were nearly half of what we encountered elsewhere. We are profoundly grateful for Kris and the way she has walked alongside our family, our birth mother, our child, and everyone involved in this journey. Integrity, kindness, steadiness, and patience are unmistakable hallmarks of her character, and they are woven into every aspect of Little Flower Adoptions’ work.

We had a great experience working with Little Flower for our adoption. Kris was knowledgeable and supportive throughout, especially when we were in Texas. The entire staff helped keep us informed. They were organized and efficient, and we trusted that they knew what they were doing. We’re grateful for Little Flower!

I've reached out multiple times to Kris and she does not call back or return voicemails and texts. I feel because im persuing and have questions regarding an identified adoption it's not as lucrative as a match option (review their fee schedule). Ive been intersted in adoption, and just in need of simple questions and my calls are ignored the few responses I have gotten have been rude. Been trying since the end of October 2025 and still nothing answered or resolved. Ive worked with other agencies and never have i had this unprofessional type of an experience, very disappointing. Id be careful healthy and honest communication is key working with agencies involving adoption... this is not one of them. I also think in my case they are taking advantage and using unhealthy tactics with birth moms.

We hired Little Flower as a social worker for our child’s birth mom for our independent adoption. Having been through the process before I had very high expectations and they were truly wonderful. Our child’s birth mom expressed to me multiple times how cared for she felt and that they never made her feel pressured. They informed her of everything with kindness and advocated for counseling for her as well (if you’ve been in the adoption world you know that’s rare). Brooke and Kris both came to the hospital and took excellent care of the birth mom and her family. So very grateful!

I cannot say enough great things about Little Flower and all its employees. From the Executive Director, Kris, to our amazing social worker Patty! We were referred to them from an advertising agency for Home study/post placement. After about a year in with the advertising agency, Patty informed us of a birth mother that was working with Little Flower. Within 4 weeks of being informed of the birthmother, we had spoke with her, signed with Little Flower for the adoption services and had our beautiful daughter born! From the very beginning, everyone was so nice, friendly, professional and informed. Communication was always there- not even one unanswered text. I could go on and on about all the wonderful things about Little Flower, but I will end with this. They are truly there to assist you and make your adoption journey as smooth as possible and care for the families they are working with. Our Social worker even made a 4 hour drive to be at our daughter’s final adoption hearing! Thank you so much for such a wonderful adoption experience!

Our experience with Little Flower Adoptions was amazing. The adoption process can be overwhelming, but from when we first met with Audrey at the hospital and spoke with Kris every question was answered. We cannot recommend this agency enough! Once we were chosen by our birth mom, Kris worked tirelessly as we had to hop on a plane the next day to meet our birth mom and new baby. Kris helped guide us through the ICPC and kept us sane through the whole process. We are so happy that our agency hooked us up with Little Flower Adoptions, and we cannot thank them enough!
