Nobody had a tax issue like me ok and these attorneys not only went over and beyond, but they worked cohesively as a team and got my tax matter settled beyond any expectation ever they are the best! EVER! I can’t find the words to thank them enough for all they did for me , I thought I was screwed literally! my experience was great with this firm ,they are experts in dealing with sales tax audit issues ,my case was handled in very professional manner from start to finish ,especially jackie mustain and mr jerry were very knowledgeable ,sincere ,hardworking and helpful during this stressful event ,i would recommened all small business owners to contact them in case if you have any issues relating to florida dept of revenue audits etc

Clear Communicator, Always picks up the phone, when you're dealing with a situation like this you need a Life line, friends and family cannot fill those shoes, only an experienced attorney can. Matt FAR exceeded my expectations and anyone not in the world of attorneys knows 1000 jokes about them, they clearly didn't work with Matt. Worth every penny. Matt told me the play book months in advance and wasn't incorrect once. If you find yourself in this situation I cannot imagine anyone else handles these cases like this. Ask for Matt!

These guys are scammers. STAY AWAY. Will say that you owe tax money to the government and give you no proof of anything of the sort. After you've finished your business with them they'll send you an email years later saying you still owe money and then will send you an invoice for over 1.2K for sending you an update about work they never did. Then when you try to call to resolve the matter, they won't pick up the phone. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE.
