March 2024, my husband looking for an injury lawyer in my town, for my daughter car accident but we have no idea who do we want to call, bcoz it is our first time. the worst experience as a first time client. I was referred by my mom that had met and had used Brett Cain's services when he was first starting out. She had nothing but glowing remarks of him but that has quickly changed. Neither one of us will be referring anyone to this firm in the future. The entire firm will lie to do what best suits them. They don't care about what's best for you the client that has hired them. They care about the quickest easiest money they can get. I've had to question every single thing they have done and when I do I am met with being talked to like I'm stupid, an extremely vague response or it will take days to get a response. If you don't give them a response they like they will do what best suits them. There were two helpful employees at this firm and one of them is gone. Nick (that does intake at the beginning) is the nicest most respectful person and will do everything in his power to make sure clients are taken care of, but he is the only one. If you want someone you can trust do not use this firm.
