Breanne was great to work with! She helped us every step of the way & answered all of our thousands of questions! The whole team was great with our near-constant communication. Breanne helped us to understand the entire process & made sure we knew each step we would be taking. She had a great relationship with the family court services staff & helped us coordinate everything, even though we were out of state! Breanne stays busy, seemed like she was almost always in court. It was easier to reach her via email than phone; but that worked out just fine for us, it allowed us to reference back on information she gave. We were able to have plenty of phone calls too though. From the beginning, we could feel that her focus was on what was in the best interest of our child, which we absolutely loved. We could not have gotten better representation & support!

I found The Clark Firm when looking for an attorney. I spoke with Breanne and knew we were in good hands. She created a really good legal document based on our unique needs. The billing was fair and reasonable. The communication is great. They have an excellent Web site with a client portal for messages, uploads, downloads, and more. I chose Breanne from the texas law bar page. In our first appointment, I thought she was so knowledgeable, understanding and communicative. She gave me all the possibilities including the estimated total amount. This was for divorce from an alcoholic, substance abusing narcissistic, who had abandoned our kids and went to live in a different country. My initial divorce was defaulted in Dec 24. Due to SCRA, he filed for motion to claim property and Breanne was my lawyer. We did 2 mediations, he didn’t want the kids and wanted to pay bare minimum. Eventhough he was making a lot if money and hiding it. She was always late even for mediation. Our appointment were only by phone, no in person appointment even when I requested. My appointment got cancelled or changed frequently. Thats not the worst part. During final trial, she didn’t even send me the final draft, worked with opponent attorney and finalized my divorce without sending me a final draft to review. She didn’t put the my ex’s alcohol issues, his substance abuse, his harassment. I wanted restraining orders and she didn’t even give me anything. she made me lose my home that was granted to me earlier. And I have sole custody of kids. She charged me 4 times higher that what was initially quoted and even that amount is incorrect in the decree. She didn’t even review the decree when I am the petitioner. No response to phone calls, no emails, no messages. They’ll ghost you. Save your money and see someone else. They will take your money and there will be no communication. She will not fight for you or your children. Please see someone else who will give you time because she has none after the retainer is paid.
