I had a terrible experience with Lydia M. Lydia handled my case when it came to the diminished value of my vehicle and was horrible when it came to communication by never returning calls or texts. She never followed up with follow ups that she said she would give me and I was never in the loop regarding my case when it came to anything she was in charge of. She would say different amounts I was going to get for my settlement each time I would speak to her and never had anything concrete to show for it. It took so many months to get paid and she even asked me to pay for my check to be mailed out to me in the end and told me she would waive the fee in exchange for a positive review which I am not going to lie about. Angie M. on the other hand who handled my injury claim was great and if this review was solely on her I would give her 5 stars. Her communication was great and she was always very responsive, informative, and to the point.
