I am very happy with Niklas and his staff for helping us with our eviction case with a difficult tenant who refused to leave and dragged us to trial for nothing because of her stupidity and sense of entitlement. Now she's out. Niklas handled it very well. He is very knowledgeable because he is a Realtor and a Landlord himself. This tenant counter sued us in small claims court attempting to collect money from us even though she did not pay us rents for several months. What can I say I'm a landlord who had a very difficult case with a tenant I couldn't get out went with a few different lawyers and lost a case against him when we went to court.
