Needless to say they try to get you to pay a bill after an account is closed. California law says you don't have to pay if bills is five years owing. These turds act like your best bud u start paying. That opens up past interest piled on garnishment of your job check. Horrible nightmare. Do this.. Write letter asking if this your account. If so keep stalling up to five year limitation. I didn't know this. U are NOT OBLIGATED TO PAY OFF A CHARGE OFF. If you start paying you will get ylthe horror above. All I could do file bankruptcy to get them off my back. Now excellent credit. Never be in fear. They call all hours seven days a week even in the job. Don't pay. Hope this helps.

I've been trying to get a hold of someone from since February 25 with no success. Multiple messages have been left along with multiple submissions for my case. I've been trying to settle this file since the date previously mentioned and haven't been able to due to the impossibility of contacting anyone from the office. I've been placed on hold for over an hour 2 times. I faxed over the information they asked for, and to date, no response has been received and my paycheck is going to be levied again with my pay cut because I now go to school. I've been trying to settle the amount in full for what I can afford, but they're not calling me back to go over my options! My sister even tried emailing and got an automatic response to call their office. I'VE DONE THAT! NO ONE ANSWERS!

As of early Oct 2016. No one here answers their phone. Not a single person with the phone number advertised. You go straight to voice mail through out every department. I've delt with a few law firms and this is the first law firm I have felt with who done this. I see their online payment section is working just fine.. * very suspicious* Still they respond quick when they are allegedly trying to collect or attempt to sue you to court for dept.

ALL OF THE ABOVE!! Terrible company - do not even bother trying to call, the lawyers refuse to talk to anybody, they do not return calls nor emails, they ignore clients, very stuck up and uncaring. If you do have any sort of business with them: PUT IT IN WRITING AND SEND PRIORITY MAIL and if you encounter any problems with them or they try ti intimidate or threaten you are even sue you (which they like to do, even when there is no reason): FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE CFPB (consumer Financial Protection Bureau), as well as with the State Attorney of CA , they are already aware of this company and their methods of mistreating and ignoring and threatening. DO NOT LET THEM INTIMIDATE YOU, fight them! Like somebody posted on YELP "they should all be in jail"

I would give them ZERO stars if I could. They file bogus lawsuits using draconian tactics. The court doesn't care. The LA sheriff's doesn't care either. Hire a good lawyer if you can and if the amount they are suing you is excessive. They tried to sue me for a 12 year old debt that was WAY past the statue of limitations in CA (4 YEARS). If possible, go to court and cite the laws they have broken. If you don't show up, you lose automatically. Which is what they want and expect.

Fast employee turnover. They have no idea what they are doing, just clueless. Can't even give you a legitimate receipt with balance or anything. Very irresponsible, had doors locked for hours, couldn't make a payment, heard them inside laughing. I was able to make pymts to original company and stopped going to them.

I had the worst experience and they claimed to have called me and sent me notifcation via mail and I never received anything. They stole money from my account so watch out for them. Im very disappointed that they had to resort to such criminal measures to get something from me had they used the proper channels and communicated with me beforehand. Im am considering a lawsuit.
