Our experience with Morrow and Britton has been terrible. Very slow and undependable. Has been 3 years and the case is on the back burner.

After numerous attempts to do business with this company for my recent house closing, I found another company to do business with. I could never get a call back after I called numerous times. It was a great company when Mr. Morrow was the sole owner. I ended up using Hance and Hance in Gastonia, and they were great. Friendly, and not arrogant like others. I have a choice of where I spend my money, and so do you!

I may adjust with a new review eventually, but 15 months in on estate probate with no clear answers, excuses of low staffing and heavy caseload, among other things that are bringing me to questions, we shall see. Invitations to "do it myself" are not confidence builders….

I am representing the seller in a real estate transaction as a transaction manager for one of my firms agents. We are five days from closing and I still don't have a closing time. I would not recommend this firm.
