Ragan & Ragan

Very disappointed with working with Jerry Ragan. He took a case on for me and my family in 2017 and he knew what it was before he took it on. He has absolutely NO communication, AT ALL!! I would call his office and he would tell me he and his wife are working on my case, ( which was taking close to 2 years to work on ) then he got it all together but when come time to serve papers, he has all excuses in the world to what's taking so long and all the promises he makes to make himself sound good. He would go 3,4,5 months and longer and had I not called him to check in, I would never knew anything he was or WAS NOT doing. His voicemail is ALWAYS full and when you can get in to leave a message,he does not return calls. He is NOT worth your time. He should had been honest up front to me and my family that this case was too much for him to handle so I could had found someone else to take my case, but instead he wasted our time. VERY VERY unprofessional.. I wouldn't recommend him for a minor case, let alone one that involves the death of a loved one!
