My husband consulted with this firm for a business contract review recently (2018). The contract was provided to the attorney before the scheduled appointment for his prior review. The contract was very short and didn’t require much effort. First, the attorney did not review the contract accurately. Second, he gave very contradicting advice according to the State of Colorado laws. Third, he wasn’t able to answer any of my questions. Fourth, he charged me for his services that weren’t useful at all. This review is legitimate and only the truth has been detailed here. It’s up to other individuals to decide whether this type of service would be beneficial to them or not.
