Helpful on call and got a settlement pretty quick, but it didn't pull through. They told me I had to find another attorney

Even though woman that caused crash didnt. Have insurance this law firm worked on my case with professional support

I hired you,you traded me to another lawyer without telling me,I dropped you and them and got a better attorney.

They are all good to get you on board then it seems like you’re a burden to them. Then they want to keep resending paperwork to sign after you have signed everything and was confirmed it was received. Then told that’s how it is before they ever stated anything about how or anything about representing you just more paperwork and no real explanation just how it is. Hopefully some have had better experience with them??? Myles Sharp was supposed to be the attorney so maybe he didn’t like the case being put on him so that’s the reason for the snub 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️. Initially was told I had a good case and they were happy to help then it gets sent Mr. Sharp and the bottom fell out. So hopefully their testimonials weren’t just BS but really seems that’s the case. I feel this was very unprofessional and testament to their status in these matters.

Edit...too funny! I got a response to my one star review saying call to resolve the issue! I guess they think people don't respond? I did and she thanked me for my call and said sorry they couldn't help me! I laughed and thanked her and hung up. And that's it in 2025! I wasn't calling for an insurance claim as I explained to the questions sign the contract guy more than six times. I spent nearly 45 minutes answering questions, signed a contract I couldn't read on my cell phone. I certainly wasn't concerned about signing w/o reading because I was 99% sure they wouldn't take my NON-INSURANCE case. I did get a very polite call back from....can't remember her name who asked me a few questions then told me what I already knew. We can't take your case!!! I am from what's called the 'Baby Boomer' generation where Attorneys at Law were just that. Yes of course specialized in different fields but litigation was available. Now personal injury attorneys are insurance negotiators with insurance company lawyers they meet for a two martini lunch on the severity of the injury and how much! Disappointed in Mississippi

My initial experience was great! I explained my injury and backed up with an incident report. Initially, i was told they would take my case. Then i signed the paperwork. Then i was asked to send in medical records (which i have). Then, i was sent a text stating that they wouldn't take my case. There was no explanation as to why, but i was very disappointed in this experience. I am injured. And my doctors can back up my injuries... This was a roller coaster ride that I didn't need. Along with the injuries that i sustained that has altered my entire life!

Nothing has happened. Requested a phone call, that never came. I don't have a clue where this case is headed.
