As of January 2022, my mother has been waiting over two years to be named executor of her brother's estate. It has been over 6 months since my mother has turned in all requested documents. In fact the only reason she turned in something 6 months ago is because I got involved. We've received no timeline in regard to the resolution of this probate case. Update - February 29, 2024 - 4 years and counting to have a one asset estate resolved. No timelines - No estimate for resolution of my uncles estate. Absolutely avoid this attorney for all estate matters. In response to the Owner: The original consult was so bad my mother was convinced she had to pay the mortgage and upkeep for her dead brothers home for 4 years. Only to recoup less than what she put into the whole ordeal. Here is what should have been explained to her clearly upfront "You don't need the services of an attorney. There is no will, you will be better off not doing anything. Do not pay a single penny to anyone." - But you did not. She was poorly informed and payed you a fee and began stressful 4 year ordeal of payments and court appointments. Conclusion, talk to a good attorney, not Jason Mann, save your self time and money.

Will never use or recommend Mr.Mann to anyone again, had him probate my mother’s will paid him, but he never finished the job. He would not return calls or texts. Finally had to hire another lawyer ( after already paying him) to finish probating the will.
