I had him past fours years. Waste of time. He’ll say not familiar with case to cover his failures. He stop supposedly supporting my case because he couldn’t get a hold of him. Not once did they leave any voicemails in my empty box. I was still getting my court hearing letters telling me the time and date. They had all my files already and still dropped me because they couldn’t get a hold of me. I’m mentally I’ll and they do not care about your well being. Only if you don’t have a a winning case. They told me the 2 years before this about the secretary in Harlingen didn’t do the appeals cases and I had to start all over and start from the beginning with this lazy lawyer another 2 years just to receive another letter two years later stating they stopped supporting my case. 4 years wasted and their excuses are secretary incompetence and not answering their phones calls. They never leave voicemails. Then they will say that voicemails were full, BS, I rarely get calls and my voicemails are active and not full. This law firms is lazy and incompetent. It’s always the clients fault.

After consulting with them to help obtain disability, they claimed that they didn't get a response from us so they couldn't represent me. I was told this 5 days before my hearing with the judge. I had to represent myself. I was, of course denied and still don't have benefits. I strongly believe that if you're a lawyer and want your claimants cases to be won, you should TALK with them, and call (all 3 numbers provided), write and email beforehand if you cannot help. I am updating this review to say that I am considering giving him one more chance since he has replied on other reviews that his secretary was the problem.

I had Mark DiCarlo as my attorney for over a year to handle my disability case. I was led to believe everything was going to be ok, until the Friday before my hearing (on Monday) he abandoned my case and left me on my own. He did not even have the decency to call me himself to tell me this, nor did he give me time to find other representation. This is the worst violation of trust and professionalism i have ever experienced with a lawyer, and i absolutely do not recommend him or anyone in his law firm for representation. If i could rate a zero i would.

Attorney well not even attorney his secretary or whoever she is called the morning of our hearing to say the attorney was not able to show up due to a personal problem!!! What!!! Left us hanging without any representation she also said we could have the hearing pusponed like really we have been waiting for this appt for about 18 months!!! We hired him way before this hearing close to a year before our hearing!!! Total LACK OF ETHIC!!!!! IRRESPONSIBLE!!!!!

Currently waiting my process and the customer service that is provided is awesome, I’m located in Harlingen and his office is very responsive sending paperwork that’s needed and giving more information when needed to understand they explain each step. Thanks to his staff!

Mark is extremely nice just no follow through when you call the office and ask you speak to someone about your case. This has happened both times I have tried to get information....
