My mother needed some estate planning done and was referred to this office. She had her first meeting and was told he'd let her know when things were drawn up and ready to sign. She's been waiting over six months now. She's called many times. Usually no one answers, sometimes someone does but no one gets back to her. She's been patiently waiting for half a year. Ridiculous.

Called to inquire about taking on a probate case for my family and three receptionist was not helpful, or nice.

Let info with receptionist. No one called back. I called again. Receptionist assured me she had passed info along to lawyer. I pushed to find out what was going on. Lawyer finally got on phone. Took more info. No one has called. That was 3 weeks ago.

Same issue as someone else has stated. Called and the receptionist said they would call me back. Called again a week later and was assured they’d call back asap and still no one has called.

I totally feel Misrepresented. Didn't fight for me. Ended up recommending me to accept the person who I was trying to fight injustice. Disappointed on his legal advice and outcome in my case. Offered to pay me back his fees, but never returned it.

Mr. Gene McCullough and his entire team were professional and yet made me feel comfortable as they helped me navigate the Guardianship process. Through his guidance I learned much about the process of taking care of all the aspects of my brother's estate. I would definitely use his excellent services again and I highly recommend Mr. McCullough to help solve all issues related to the laws that cover probate, estate planning and any other administrative legal problems.
