When I met with Suzann, she was very professional and genuinely concerned about doing a great job for her team and her clients.

A simple Will rewrite took almost five months, and never happened. If the case would have happened in a timely manner the job would have been completed. Call after call to no avail. So very disappointed. But they got their money for little work and very little response to calls and concerns. There was always some lame excuse why it was taking so long. At one point "we dropped the ball", did that change anything? No not one bit. A big waste of time, effort, and money. Don't call this office if you want speedy results or help.

Suzann is extremely personable, patient, and professional in all ways. She represented me in my case, which I had initially thought was going to be troublesome and confusing. My situation kept changing throughout the case and made it more complex than it normally would have been, and her ability to stay patient and thoroughly analyze the situation as variables changed and take time to understand my situatuon, as well as her ability to convey everything in a manner in which I could understand everything helped tremendously. Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs similar services!

I gave miss Beckett $500 for my retainer and she hasn’t done anything yet and because I told her that I’m not going to use her anymore, she doesn’t want to give me back all my money, so she started saying that she has done some work and she’ll send me the rest of my money from 3 weeks ago and I still hasn’t receive it yet. What a crooked thing to do a person that’s struggling to pay there bills.
