It took weeks for me to even get into contact with my lawyer after speaking with the paralegal and in total over a two month period I spoke with attorney valliux for a total for 45 minutes to build my case he never called me with any updates I had to call him every time which most wouldn’t even be answered and I would have to wait for hours to get a call back. The one time I did get called from him it was to basically tell me that because of a electrical box that is on another street from where my incident happened that what I said happened was impossible and then they dropped my case. So hopefully someone will read this and avoid this firm as I would hate to have had anyone else’s time wasted and case jeopardized.

Was going perfect in the first 8 months after that the communication from the Paralegals were awful no one calls you back for days no one keeps you informed of changes about your case. Just awful. I have never experienced this at any other law firm .

Amy was most helpful and knowledgeable and answering all of my questions. She was patient and did not mind helping me through things. I wasn’t sure on how to do. I appreciated your help and was really thankful for the information that she shared with me for me to understand the process

Ronda was a great help with setting up a case with me over the phone for my uncle suffering a head and neck injury due to an external party’s negligence. She sympathized with our situation and provided a great amount of help walking us through the process of signing the electronic documents. The best part was being able to handle the consultation over the phone. Would definitely recommend this law firm since our experience so far has been wonderful!

I really don't have experience with lawyers and I was really nervous going in but Ro really helped ease my nerves, she explained everything and was very patient with me even though I couldn't get words out from still being in shock after my accident.
