I wasted my time completing the form and leaving details of my accident and my valid claim to obtain repayment from TXDoT for damage to my vehicle. This was the last message I sent to them. It explains everything. I still have not heard from anyone. I suppose I should contact someone else and leave a very bad review for your company. I completed the form 20 days ago! I also sent a reminder 16 days ago. 14 days ago, someone said they would be getting back to me shortly. 2 weeks is not shortly. Your customer service and response time is terrible and I will be sure to let people know not to use it.

After a serious injury with a commercial truck I was referred to Sutliff & Stout. Never having gone though a lawsuit before I was pleased to find that this team was fantastic.
