D. Frangos is an unprofessional and incompetent individual. Very arrogant in nature, he deliberately ran my case around for months upon months on end, with no results or progress, while charging all kinds of hidden and redundant fees, and lying. Furthermore, you would not think that someone like him would be prejudiced, as he will portray himself well at first before being retained; however, beware, he is very much so.
