It took a long time for someone to respond, that's for sure. Their message says if you want a callback so you di t have to wait follow the prompts. Don't do it. Nobody will call you back. I had to experience all this. In the meantime, I was hard up for assistance. I waited about 2 hours. I finally got through. This free legal assistance is well worth it. You'll be satisfied. I'm grateful to receive anything that will help me especially when its free if you qualify.

They told me they wouldn't take my case for a social security hearing on whether I was going to loose my S.S.I. because they with their case load they couldn't spend the time on my case that it would require. So I had to represent myself, whitch I did, and won. As far as the staff, the paralegals were pretty nice, the front staff seamed to have kind of a ba, humbug aditude and not at all happy with and or about life.

I never received any returned calls after leaving messages caused a terrific loss .including my life
