I went to several law offices in the area before his—and there was finally a huge relief when someone genuinely helped me out with my little problem. I was told that I would need a Power of Attorney for an application for a placard for a disabled person (my elderly mother)—as it had always been a struggle with her during the pick-ups and drop-offs. I was a little confused because I was the owner of the vehicle and its related registration with the state of NJ, and thanks to Viktor’s advice, the Power of Attorney was not really needed (unless my Mom would decide to have another person use the issued placard, per DMV). He didn’t charge me anything even after quickly perusing my other application forms for additional clarification. The other law offices before him quickly dismissed me when I inquired about my issue; so, I felt fortunate to have someone like him to actually help out when I "discovered" his office.
