I recently had the pleasure of hiring attorney, Mary Losey, to represent me in a delicate and personal case. The amount of work and integrity. Mary is an incredible lawyer. She is smooth and intelligent, her actions inside and outside of court give me full confidence that my court case will continue to go well! Edit: The trial went well, and Mary was amazing! She made sure I got the best outcome and was by my side every step of the way! I definitely recommend!

I contacted almost every attorney who can defend against temporary restraining orders in kenosha county. Most wanted $3000-$5000 retainers for these cases. Being a woman living alone working two jobs and putting myself through school that just wasn’t feasible. I contacted mary and she was the first attorney to make me feel confident that they could fight this. Mary’s consultation was very very in depth and she made sure to touch on all points such as facts of the case strategy and what you should appear to court in clothes wise. Mary also ensured to call me a day before the hearing to once again go over information. Going into court with mary i felt confident with my case and that she could defend me. Mary was able to defend me and get the case closed and TRO vacated within a very short time in court. I didn’t even have to answer questions in court. Mary defended me and was very honest about what the outcomes could be. I would recommend her to anyone in need of legal services that she provides. My daughter hired attorney Losey for family court, and she did a phenomenal job. Mary was patient and genuinely cared about her clients, and fought hard on our behalf. If I could leave more than five stars, I would!!

She was a GAL for my CHIPS case…. Didn’t know hardly anything about the kids. Just what she was told by the state… I think she wants to retire. She doesn’t seem to really look at the facts and deep into chips cases at least to get down to the nitty gritty of the situation at hand… if you have a chips case and she is the GAL be prepared for her to push for your children to be removed from your home, for your rights to be terminated.. she also has personal relationships with foster families and was very close with the foster family my child was placed with. That alone was a huge conflict of interest… but foster family wanted to adopt from day one. Mary as I said was extremly close with the foster family in my situation. So no matter what was said in court, proved in court, so many lies were told… Mary I believe goes with the states suggestion no matter what. And in my case she did just that and was also good friends with foster family!!! She and the state were emailing each other back and fourth during court… almost like high school girls passing notes. Making sure they had their story straight and arguments made sense and everyone was on the same page… she knew absolutely zero about my children nor me. But if she is you’re GAL for a chips case I’d see if you can get a different one. She needs to retire already!!!

Mary was very professional and has best interest in the kids! She spoke to my kids several times and even met them in person to make sure they were good and in no harm. I appreciate Mary and her team for keeping kids SAFE.
